Alex teaches Restorative Yoga, practices Reiki, plays crystal singing bowls, and helps people regulate their nervous system holistically using therapy and yoga tools like Polyvagal Theory and parts work.

Mindful Goat Yoga
Location: Osterville + custom location
Our goat yoga program is mindful stretching and relaxation with our yogi goats. This is an outdoor activity that aims to improve your physical and mental health, but also offers you the opportunity to connect with the world around you.
Our certified Mindful TLC instructors will lead guests through relaxing stretches while small breed goats frolic in the field around you.

Sam Brintnall — Yoga for Postpartum & Recovery
Samantha [Sam] Brintnall is a holistic wellness practitioner who weaves the healing arts of Reiki, Ayurveda, yoga and meditation into the lives of those seeking balance, peace, and transformation. With a heart full of compassion, Sam integrates traditional health and wellness practices with holistic offerings.
Sam became a postpartum doula after moving through a difficult period herself and she offers sacred support to those in the tender moments following childbirth, guiding them back to their inner harmony.
Sam has spent years sharing and teaching the wisdom of holistic practices with underserved, those in recovery and vulnerable communities, empowering individuals to unlock their inner healing potential.
Through Reiki’s energy flow, the breath of yoga, and the stillness of meditation, Sam invites others to unlock the tools within themselves.
Sam is a single mom to two beautiful children and enjoys sharing how to include mindfulness into the busiest of schedules.
Sam is passionate about helping others step into their light, cultivating self-love and resilience, and guiding them towards a life of boundless well-being

Janet is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga in community settings! Her teaching style is that of compassion-centered philosophy. Students are encouraged to nurture their body, mind and heart; providing them with an experience where they feel nourished and balanced.
Janet is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Continuing Education Provider, Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, ARPF Brain Longevity® Specialist and a co-founder of Trillium Ayurveda’s Living the Wisdom of Yoga Teacher Trainings.
The study of yoga and Ayurveda has enriched her life deeply and she is so honored to share the teachings of these sister sciences! May you find your bliss!

Jennifra Fettig — Chatham Yoga
Location: Chatham Lighthouse Beach, Orleans, Dennis & Virtual
Jennifra is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher who is deeply influenced by the teachings of BKS Iyengar. Her meditation offerings are in the vipasana tradition, helping you to find greater self-awareness and connection to your surroundings.
With more than 17 years of teaching experience and a 30-year career as a neuromuscular therapist, she has a deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, injury recovery and alignment modifications.
Jennifra creates a safe environment in which to practice with a light-hearted approach.

Humble Hearts Yoga
Location: Virtual, Orleans, & other Cape locations
Jeanne holds Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hr (RYT® 500) certification and has completed advanced trainings in Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Skill In Action-Yoga for Social Justice, Yoga for Osteoporosis, and Accessible Yoga. She is certified to teach Yoga Vs Osteoporosis, a proven program developed by Dr Loren Fishman.
Jeanne brings a mindful approach to her yoga instruction and strives to lead a class that is inclusive and accessible for all bodies. She is committed to a personal daily yoga practice and strives to live yoga off-the-mat every day.
Dominant culture tends to devalue older adults regardless of our abilities or limitations. As a sexagenarian, Jeanne has a particular interest in making yoga accessible to “mature” adults. She is eager to share with others the profound difference yoga has made in her life.
Jeanne is mom to three adult children, whom she credits as some of her greatest life teachers. Jeanne and her husband, Peter, make their home on Cape Cod. Together they are avid hikers,
adventurous travelers, and lovers of sunsets and the sea.
